How does the 30-Day Challenge work?
The challenge begins with a live kickoff session on Zoom (replay included). Each week, you’ll join Matt for live coaching, skill-building, and simple daily actions designed to build momentum quickly. You’ll also receive scripts, tools, weekly stretch goals, and ongoing support. Everything is structured so you can take action immediately and start your year with clarity and confidence.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and uploaded for on-demand replay. You can watch on your own schedule, and many agents rewatch sessions to deepen their skills.
Can I really cancel after 30 days?
Yes. You’re enrolling in the full 12-month program, but the first 30 days serve as your test drive. If you complete the challenge and decide it’s not for you, simply cancel before month two and you won’t be charged going forward. No hassles. No pressure.*

Is there a refund policy?

How much time per week will this take?
